The following are outside guarantee scope
- Oral hygiene/maintenance is not performed accurately,
- Oral examination and professional tartar scaling are not performed at least once a year
- Recommendations of dentist are not followed,
- When gum recession or osteoporosis occurs,
- In case of danages resulting from accidents relating to incorrect usage (for ex: dropping prosthesis)
- Too much weight has been gained or lost,,
- Negative effects of general systemic diseases on oral hygiene and teeth (Diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after radiotherapy and chemotherapy practices)
- Canal treatment may be required as a result of the trauma occuring after etching of teeth in porceain crowning and bridge practices. In case of an untraceable, unforeseen or unpredictable event in the patient’s x-ray, we inform our patient and add it to the treatment plans.
