DENTAL TOURISM
The travels made for therapeutic purposes by people living abroad and having oral and dental health problems is called dental tourism.
The high medical expenses in Europe and America, health standards in Turkey being at the same level as in Europe, the treatments costing one fourths of the prices in those countries, our country having a historical and cultural texture suitable for vacation make our country preferable for dental tourism.
Private Apeks Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic is equipped with high health technologies and is a clinic suitable for dental tourism situated on a 500 square meters large, spacious and central venue in the city of holiday paradise Antalya.

If implant treatment is in question, the implants are placed on the patient’s jaw bone the day he/she arrives in Turkey. Depending on the suitability of the jaw bone, the process of prothesis can begin right away. However, it may also be deemed fit to wait for a while for the implants to fuse with the jaw bone. In this case, it is necessary to wait for 2 months for the lower jaw and 4 to 6 months for the upper jaw. At the end of this waiting period, our patients are given new appointments on appropriate dates to proceed with the placement of their teeth. As of this designated date, our patient’s teeth are placed permanently within 7 days.
THE FINAL CHECK
All the processes are checked one last time before you leave to make sure that all the treatments were performed with no problems.
ROUTINE CHECKS and MAINTENANCE
In any kind of treatment or in accordance with the rules of protective dentistry, you must have your oral care done once every 6 months.
